What steps do we take?
We first do an in-depth examination of the area and find what needs to be repaired, and how we can help!
We’ll then write and send a personalized estimate to you, taking care to review every step we will take to ensure you know exactly what we’ll be doing.
On the day of the project, we’ll arrive on time, go over the project details in-depth, and answer any questions you may have!
What steps are involved in the average project?
We first start by removing any grout or caulking that is in poor condition. For example, grout that may be cracked or moldy, and caulking that may be peeling and discolored!
Then we perform an in-depth deep clean on the entire tile surface, using the safest neutral PH cleanser and scrub pads and brushes to ensure a spotless tile surface!
We will then replace the previously removed grout and caulking with our revolutionary epoxy caulk product!
What makes the real difference is our epoxy color-sealer that we’ll apply with paint brushes to the grout lines. The color will be chosen by you, and this epoxy sealer will transform your tile and grout to its brand new look, and it will also last 10-15 years with that brand new look you deserve!
The final step is your approval! We will walk through everything we’ve restored, and make sure you’re satisfied with our work!
